These pancakes have a cup of breadcrumbs, brown sugar, and cinnamon in them. You brown the crumbs first, then pour milk (I used almond milk) over them, then add it to the egg mixture. Sounds weird but actually produced a very smooth batter.
My odd roommate moved out and took her bowl, so I am using pots as mixing bowls until Ellen comes back.
These pancakes were awesome! The cinnamon made the difference. Ate them with real maple syrup. Neil liked them so much he took a copy of the recipe home with him.
Also, Stef made a quiche! It was a delicious breakfast feast.
Now I am off to the White Mountains for a week. Perhaps there will be some campfire pancakes!
