I don't have much to say about these pancakes. The ingredients were pretty standard. They tasted a bit egg-y, pretty sugary. Very quick to mix together the batter, took a little longer to cook them since they are supposed to be the size of a silver dollar.
And easy to eat!
Ate them with powdered sugar on top.
I got bored towards the end of cooking, so I just made a couple giant ones. Then I made a face.
Note to my family: According to my cookbook, "These pancakes are a Dutch treat served at the annual Pella, Iowa, Tulip Festival." An excuse to visit again? There are some corners of that museum I'm sure we missed....
