I had to make some pretty liberal substitutions for this one. Matzo meal is basically the same thing as imitation brand honey nut cheerios, right?

I crushed them with my shoe because working the food processor is too much effort and I didn't want to wake everyone up by banging them with something hard (that's what he said?).

The only ingredients were the "matzo meal," three eggs, and water. (It also called for a bit of sugar and salt, but I figured the honey nut part covered that). So they pretty much tasted like omelettes with a hint of cheerio.

Perhaps one day I will try and find some real matzo meal.
Sadie, I remain in awe of your amazing ability to substitute recipe ingredients.
