This recipe called for light cream, but I wanted to use up the heavy. It was starting to congeal and it was gross. I used it anyway; it was not very expired.

Six eggs! I did not separate the whites out because I was tired and hungry.

I used a bigger frying pan for these, so they came out giant and thin.

The recipe made exactly 12, just like it promised.

They were good with apricot jam.

I ate 3 just plain while I was studying! There are still a bunch left in my fridge if anyone is hungry...

I have determined that any recipe involving heavy cream will most likely be a success.
