This was one of those deals where you put everything in a blender then cook it in the oven. It said to melt butter in the pan first, which I actually did instead of just using cooking spray. Bad idea. There was way too much butter and it still stuck to the pan. It also bubbled up like crazy.
It had a bit of cinnamon in it, which was good. But compared to a normal popover it was disappointing. I ate a piece plain, and I think Glen ate a bunch with powdered sugar.
