Another blender pancake! This was almost exactly the same as the Dutch baby.
I smothered it in microwaved frozen raspberries. It was ok warm, but once it cooled down it wasn't great.
In other news, I also made pumpkin bread from scratch! Cooked the pumpkin and everything, and it turned out great despite liberal substitutions with the recipe! Didn't take a picture of it, but I will be using the leftover puree for my next recipe...
