The recipe said to mix in a blender or by hand. In a fit of originality, I decided to use an electric mixer. I also think the blender was dirty.
It seemed to work. There were still some lumps.

Is it burnt, or just extra chocolatey? You will never know.

They came out very good! The only thing making them chocolate was 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, so they were satisfying but not overwhelmingly sweet.


I actually made these the night before our broomball team potluck and stored them overnight in the fridge. They held up well!

I think everyone at the potluck enjoyed them.

I will be making these again!
