I am finally getting the hang of making circular pancakes. Also working on flipping them in the pan.
A cup of applesauce makes these pancakes very moist.
Ate these for breakfast with applesauce and cinnamon on top. Thought the extra applesauce on top was a bit overpowering. Think they might have been even better cold, but I tend not to like hot fruit in general.
