Swedish Pancakes

I actually followed the recipe for this one, almost exactly! They had something like 4 eggs and 2 egg yolks, some milk, sugar, flour, butter, and other stuff. It said to leave the batter in the fridge for a while, so I made it the night before and let it sit. The only thing was that the batter looked really lumpy (maybe some sort of reaction between the flour and butter?) so I put it in the blender to smooth it out.

They had a light sweet taste that would have been good with jam. I ate them with maple syrup instead just because I was craving it. They were also good with apple butter.
My older sister Daphne came to visit and helped eat the leftovers. She claims that cold pancakes go well with ketchup...
