Finnish Crepes (with Apricot Brandy Filling)

I made these way back on my birthday, but I've been so busy with working, finals, etc. that I'm just posting them now!
The crepes themselves were very basic. Then I filled them with apricot jam, rolled them up, sprinkled with sugar, and baked for a few minutes.

I poured some apricot brandy on top (thanks Stef!)

We turned off all the lights and set them on fire!! Surprisingly, it worked. It burned for quite some time actually, looked awesome, and didn't set off the smoke alarm.
And they tasted great! They were the perfect start to a wonderful birthday.
