Pancake song: "Banana Pancakes," Jack Johnson
These pancakes use cornmeal instead of flour. The recipe called for a food processor. I used a fork.
Fun fact: Mashed bananas and water looks like vomit.
These were really hard to flip. Had to throw away two.
I added some more cornmeal and finally made four decent pancakes. They were really grainy from the cornmeal.
At least Stef liked them...but she is from the south and likes eating grits and things.
I smothered one in brown sugar and banana slices and managed to eat it.
(I threw the other two away)
