I doubled this recipe because there were seven people over. It takes a long time to make that many pancakes. Andy got so hungry he had to gnaw a peach pit.

Ended up with a stack of delicious pancakes! They were very thick. I added a cup of whole wheat flour to the whole batch and mixed some peaches in with a few.
