So I still have no buckwheat flour, so I got a little creative with this recipe. I used half whole-wheat, half normal wheat instead of buckwheat. I also added some delicious blueberries from the farmers' market!

The first one always comes out burnt.

But the rest looked good! I ate one with maple syrup, but the syrup kind of overpowered the flavor of the pancake. So I ate another two with just butter and they were amazing!

Andy claims they were the best yet, and I think I have to agree. There were no leftovers.
