Panqueque de Alejandro (Chilean Pancakes)

These pancakes were ridiculously easy to make. They contain: one egg, 1.5 cups milk, and 1 cup of flour. They can out with a nice bubbly light texture.

In Chile, these are served with manjar - boiled condensed milk. The only kind I could find was sweetened, so I boiled it in a mug in the microwave and poured a bit on top.
Way too sweet. Destroyed any original pancakes flavor.
If anybody wants an almost full can of sweetened condensed milk, there is one in my fridge you are welcome to have!
