These had heavy cream and butter in them! The cream made the batter look like ice cream.
I accidentally melted too much butter. I left it in the bowl and later told Pooja it was lemon sauce and that she should try it on her cracker. In one of the most hilarious moments of the weekend, she did.
The waffles were very thin, yet had a rich taste. They had a very dessert-like feel to them.
Casper liked them, although I fear I might be ruining his health.
In other news, Stef and I also made a giant plate of toast.
