Why do peaches get their own waffle recipe? Why not blueberry waffles, apple waffles, or mango waffles? And of course I came to this recipe in the winter when there are no fresh peaches. We found some frozen ones though!
We also got new sugar which is organic and so pretty. 
I actually defrosted and chopped the peaches before putting them in the batter.
The waffles were good, and very sweet, if a bit thin.
