Raisin Oatmeal Waffles

I didn't have plain oats so I used this blend of rye, barley, oats and wheat.
I plumped up the raisins in warm water before using them, even though the recipe didn't say to. My expertise is growing.
It did however say to chop the raisins which I tried and gave up on. They are already small enough.
I made only a half batch, but they turned out good! The slight bit of cinnamon in the batter made them smell delicious. The only thing was that the oat mixture was a little tough.
My mom said you could soak the oats in the milk before using them to soften them up. If only I had known.
My crazy mom and aunt came over to eat waffles!
